1 Improve product performance and provide technical solution for engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals;
2 Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, to implement engineering qualification & project as required;
3. Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance;
4. Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability;
5. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree (Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc) and major in Electronics Engineering is preferred;
• Hard working, diligent, good ownership and teamwork;
• Effective communication and feedback in closed loop, good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus;
• Strong desire to learn more with good discipline, and process statistical control capability is preferred;
• Microsoft office skills is required.
