Job Description

The candidate will work with global cross-function teams (business, process, production, quality, etc.) on new product engineering phase equipment maintenance and reliability, equipment performance and available uptime improvement, new equipment buyoff.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work with worldwide cross-function teams (business, process, production, quality etc.) on new product equipment setup and buyoff from early NPI phases.

• Responsible for support evaluating, selecting and ordering test related equipment /hardware which is most appropriate and cost effective for the new product development;

• Responsible for installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of test related equipment, like Testers, Probers/Handlers and other related peripherals;

• Maintain the NPI equipment performance and reliability, improve the equipment performance and available uptime;

• Responsible for related NPI equipment preventative maintenance and provides technical support to the NPI equipment repairment;

• Collaborate with worldwide cross-function team and communicate with other teams to upgrade equipment for further improvement.

Requirements:

• Major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation or Computer Engineering related.

• Good comprehension of the domain knowledge.

• Communication skill in reading and writing English.

• Team work and collaboration sense.

• Project experience in HW/SW design is preferred.
