Job description

o  Work on the test time reduction and test insertion reduction to improve the OTW. 

o  Final test Yield improvement. 

o  Retest rate reduction. 

o  Test Parellellism rate improvement. 

o  Product defect analysis and process optimizing. 

o  Test program optimizing. 

o  On hold lot reduction.

Qualifications

o  Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer or Automation related major 

o  Related working experience is preferred 

o  Good communication and team spirit 

o  Good command of English writing and reading
