This position is a process technology engineer intern, and will be focusing on new product reliability qualification, customer sample, trouble shooting and issue resolution, NPI manufacturability and entitlement, meet business, quality and deliverable requirement.

In this position, the candidate responsibilities were listed but not be limited to:

• An interface with BL/MFG and cross function team, responsible engineering test coordination and communication.

• Final test environment setup, validation and checkout, ensure test performance and manufacturability.

• Quality sensitive on NPI Qualification and sample handling according standard process and procedure.

• Involve in NPI early development on characterization, DOE study.

• Involve cost reduction work with business team to achieve entitlement goal.

• Capability on issue diagnoses and resolution with statistical principle and tool

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or Computer Engineering related.

• At least CET-4 degree or equivalent English level and CET-6 is preferred.

• Familiar at least 1 programming language (C/C++/VB or other programming).

• Intention and capability to work in a cross-functional/global team environment.

• Independent R&D capability.
