The candidate will work with global cross-function teams (business, process, production, quality ,designer, other GNTC etc）on new probe card qualification and NPI wafer test activity supporting, new needle technology evaluation.

In this position, the candidate responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work with worldwide cross-function teams (business, process, WT production, quality ,designer, other GNTC sites）on new probe card qualification and NPI wafer test activity supporting, new needle evaluation.

• Responsible for wafer test/final test software (test program) & hardware (probe card/load board) setup, validation, ensure NPI launch production with mature manufacturability.

• Quality sensitive on NPI Qualification and sample test according standard process and procedure, meet Zero defect (PPM) requirement.

• Take cost reduction work to achieve business goal

Requirements:

• Major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation or Computer Engineering related.

• Good comprehension of the domain knowledge.

• Communication skill in reading and writing English.

• Team work and collaboration sense.

• Project experience in HW/SW design is preferred
