专业要求：
Ph.D. degree in molecular/cell biology, immunology, biotechnology, antibody discovery on hybridoma single B/nanobody/phage display/yeast display platforms, and related fields.
Strong expertise at antibody generation, antibody screening, antibody characterization for developability analysis.
Experience of leading a team is required.
Excellent skills in problems solving, proficient in communication in English and English writing.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary biologics’ discovery team. Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects.
Strong background of tumor biology is preferred.
职位描述：

· Build up antibody discovery platform with hybridoma/yeast display/phage display/nanobody screening. Responsible for optimizing antibody library platforms, including but not limited to natural libraries, immune libraries, fully synthetic antibody libraries, mutant libraries, etc.

· Lead team members to characterize antibody/naobody variants by SDS-PAGE, SEC, ELISA, SPR, FACS, and preliminary function assays.

· Streamline workflow of antibody discovery platforms to expedite process and deliver high quality lead molecules.

· Responsible for target-antibody complexes preparation for structural determination of targets protein by Cryo-EM

· Stay informed and contribute to the vision in the technology development space especially in antibody discovery area.
