2.Support cross function projects which lead by HR department;
3.Involve into some management activities or projects.
4.Bi-week reflection with line manager;
5.Role recognition in department and learn related knowledge and skill;
6.Onsite learn and continuously improvement projects per year
7.Communicate with BC and ensure all EEs follow EHS rules.
8.Onsite checking per day.
9.Improve BC safety awareness to keep safety production.
10.Manage skills matrices on the visual control boards
11.Other tasks assigned by production manager.
