1.Rotation in different departments, be familiar with the production process, equipment, shift modal, management status, and provide suggestions and solutions to department manager;

2.Support cross function projects which lead by HR department;

3.Involve into some management activities or projects.

4.Bi-week reflection with line manager;

5.Role recognition  in department and learn related knowledge and skill;

6.Onsite learn and continuously improvement projects per year

7.Communicate with BC and Service BC to help them solve the difficult.

8.Check the actually process and ensure follow WI.

9.Improve BC safety awareness to keep safety production.

10.Manage skills matrices on the visual control boards

11.Other tasks assigned by production manager.
