Position Summary

This position is responsible for inspection and design review of pressure equipment, boiler and relevant materials based on international standards.

Job Responsibilities 

 1.       Responsible for the execution of the inspection project including (but not limited) answering client’s technical inquiry, test program preparation, witnessing the test, examination and inspection, issuing test report, complete project dossier etc. to ensure conformity to technical specification and client’s requirements; 35%

2.       Responsible for design review project of pressure equipment and boiler based on international standards including (but not limited) answering client’s technical inquiry, checking design documentations, supporting clients to amend design documentations, issuing design review report, complete project dossier etc. to ensure conformity to technical specification and client’s requirements; 35%

3.       Expedite the project within the schedule; 10%

4.       Develop a good work/cooperation relationship with the clients; 10%

5.       Perform other duties assigned by Report Manager and PLS-M Manager. 10%

 Job Requirements

1.       Bachelor degree or above in chemical machinery, mechanical engineering, boiler, heat energy, welding, NDT or other relevant aspects;

2.       Fluent communication in Chinese and good reading and writing skill in English;

3.       Be a good learner and has initiative in self-learning;

4.       Excellent communication skill and teamwork skill;

5.       Good relevant software using skill;

6.       Be conscientious and responsible;

7.       Job involves traveling to customers’ and manufacturers’ locations and to sister companies/headquarter within TUV SUD Group.
