Responsibilities

• Perform CAE report for internal and external customer service

• Design bench testing approach in align with customer

• Support customers application with PM technology

• Support sales team as well as product engineering for PM product development

• Management of R&D projects dealing with advanced processes or new kind of products.

• Intense exchange and collaboration with R&D Head Quarter

• Introduction of innovative products and processes from head quarter to China.

• Solving technical challenges and trouble shootings in field of customer application in international and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with more than 2-year experience with gear design in a powertrain Company

• Or fresh graduate with master degree in fields like mechanical engineering, automotive engineering(gear box related major preferred)

• Basic knowledge of NVH and its measurement as well as its assessment

• Knowledge of simulation software like Creo simulate, MASTA, KISSsoft or Abaqus …

• Language: mother tongue Chinese, good English

• Proactive, Personal responsibility and reliability ,Creative thinking

• Own initiative and perseverance, Conceptual skill
