1、优秀的审美观，有相关UI设计经验优先，会网页制作和切图；
2、能主动学习，具备一定的沟通能力和抗压能力；
3、精通Photoshop、Illustrator等常用软件设计；
4、会XD/Axure/Shetch至少其一原型工具
5、有自己的独立产品设计，应聘时请提供个人作品
