工作职责

The Sales Assistant is responsible to gather, collect,share relevant information in SalesAfter-Sales business within the companyprepare relevant reporting to the management. Furthermore the Sales Assistant will support the business activities for SalesAfter-Sales business, participate customer meetings, support the preparation of price calculations, quotationsspecifications.

销售助理主要负责收集，汇总和分享公司销售和售后项目相关信息，并将相关信息向公司管理层领导汇报。此外，销售助理将协助销售和售后项目相关活动，参加客户会议，协助准备产品价格计算，报价及产品规格说明。          

-         Coordination of After-Sales activities within the Company;

-         公司售后项目业务的协调工作；

-         Regular reporting of After-Sales activitiessummarizing of key information;

-         准备售后业务的常规报告，并汇总关键信息；

-         Support in preparation of customer quotationssales contracts;

-         协助准备客户报价单和销售合同；

-         Support in Price calculation of spare partsservice projects;

-         协助处理备件和售后服务的价格计算；

-         Support of contract executionmonitoring in After-Sales business;

-         协助处理售后业务的合同执行和业务监控；

-         Request, transferdistribution of technicalcommercial project data.

-         询问，传达并分布技术和商务方面的项目数据。

-         Translation workspreparation of marketing documents

负责翻译工作并准备市场相关文件；

-         Organization of business events

组织商务活动；

-         Communication with industrial associations

与行业协会进行联络；

-         Organization of Company advertisement material

组织公司广告宣传材料；

-         Monitoringmanagement of bidding websites

投标网站的检查与管理；

-         Support of bidding activitiescommunication with tender companies

为投标活动提供支持并与投标公司联系；

-         Organizationmanagement of internal Sales database

内部销售数据的组织与管理工作；

-         Collectingorganizing information from sales team, preparationdistribution of related reports.

对销售团队的信息进行收集与整理，准备并发放相关报告。

-         1. Responsible for the safety management of sales process

-         负责销售活动过程中的安全管理

-         2. Understand the hazards in the workplacerelevant emergency measures, actively participate in the emergency rescue drill, enhance the ability of accident preventionemergency response.

-         了解工作场所存在的危险源及应急措施，积极参与相关事故应急救援演练，增强事故预防和应急处理能力

-         3. In case of any emergency endangering personal safety, have the right to stop workingleave the workplace after taking emergency measures.

-         发现直接危及人身安全的紧急情况时，有权停止作业或者在采取可能的应急措施后撤离作业场所

Person profile / Requirements:

          -          M./Ba. in business administrationinternational trade

          -          Experience in sales business in heavy machinery industry preferred, new graduate student is also welcomed;

          -          Experience with marketing works preferred

          -          Proficient with MS Office products

          -          Fluent EnglishChinese

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook,a clear focus on high quality, customer needsbusiness profit. Be well presentedbusiness like.

Specific Job Skills: Must be very proficient usage of MS Office tools.

Language skills: Must be fluent in Mandarinbe confidentproficient in English, both spokenwritten.
