Program Introduction:

-  The program will last for 2 years with 3 job rotation modules offered, in the target of developing qualified or potential candidates for managerial position in ARLANXEO China.

-  Diverse development approaches will be offered, including but not limited to on-the-job training, leadership training, project management training, job skills training, etc..

-  Every Management Trainee will report to and work with an Executive or Senior manager, having their supports to explore potential and get fast growth through intensive task assignments and coaching.

Requirements:

-  Fresh graduates in 2022, or Professionals having less than 3 years working experience by end of 2021.

-  Majored in High Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Equipment and Machinery, or other related majors.

-  Bachelor’s degree or above; Graduated from 985 or 211 universities in China; Overseas study background is preferred.

-  Fluent in English, both of oral and written English.

-  Willing to travel.

-  Has relocation mobility.
