管培生的培养计划通过两年的轮岗、接手项目的形式开展,针对管培生定岗方向,设定生产线轮岗、相关组织业务环节轮岗计划,基于不同阶段设定相应目标,配以不同专项培训,并鼓励参与重大项目,提升个人能力,促进快速成长。
The training plan of Trainee is carried out in the form of two-year job rotation and taking over projects. According to the job orientation of Trainee the production line job rotation and related organization business link job rotation plans are set.
