The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for development of new cloth tapes, using the selected raw materials and evaluate compatibility of the individual components. Redesign & upgrade old products according to customer requirements.

1.Lead and coordinate the product development efforts and insure that newly developed or localized products meet the design objectives and appropriate standards in the agree timing

2.Focus on creating and implementing manufacturable and cost effective Pressure Sensitive Tape designs and then provide Engineering support to the transition process to production. You follow-up till the products are turned-over to Production.

3.You will work closely together with the Process Engineers, Lab Assistants, the Avery Research Center staff, and your European and US colleagues and the Purchasing / Sourcing colleagues,

4. Support our QC teams and sales teams to ensure the best services for our clients

职位要求：

1.Master's degree in chemistry, material science, polymer chemistry, super molecular chemistry relevant experience in product developments

2. Previous experience in pressure sensitive adhesives and cloth materials highly preferred

3. Prior working experience in the Automotive industry is highly preferred

4. Experience in product development and technical customer services will be an asset

5. Native in Mandarin with good command in both spoken and written English

6. Ability to have frequent domestic travels
