做好生产现场的看板管理；

·         Assist the team   leader to handle a variety of abnormalities of the production line to ensure   the smooth production

协助班组长处理生产线各种异常，确保生产顺利进行；

·         Real-time   monitoring of the quality of on-site produced parts, able to record and track   processing for quality problems

能实时监控现场生产的零件质量，针对质量问题能予以记录及跟踪处理；

·         Assist supervisor   to do staff training to enhance team technical capabilities

协助主管做好人员培训，提升团队技术能力；

·         Assess staff skill   and manage with skill martix

对于员工进行技能考核，并对于人员能力进行矩阵管理；

·         Offer to improve   advice according to the current production status, and implement and carry   out

针对当前生产状况，主动提出改善意见，并予以落实执行；

·         Collect production   data, make production analysis and summary report

收集生产数据，做好生产分析，提出总结报告；

·         Guide and assist   the team leader for production management; predict the safety and quality   risks and make rectifications

指导和协助班组长进行生产管理，提前预判各种安全及质量风险，并予以整改；

·         For each new   project, combine with the actual situation at the scene, formulate relevant   production guide book, help other departments complete PPAP

对各新项目，结合现场实际，制定相关生产指导书，配合其它部门完成PPAP；

·         Study the new   technology or new production lines hard; timely formulate guide books and   training materials to ensure the smooth production

对公司新工艺或新生产线，能深入学习，及时制定相关指导书和培训资料，确保顺利投产；

·         Good communication   and coordination with the quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering and   upper and lower tract procedures

能与质量、维修、物流、工程及上下道工序，进行良好沟通与协调；

·         CMS operation   assistant for on-site production team

对于现场生产班组的CMS操作支持；
